Understand the evidence.
Scores only make sense when their origin, dates and sample sizes remain visible. This directory preserves those distinctions rather than treating every source as equivalent.
How scores are calculated
For eligible company-level platform observations with a known score and rating count, the weighted score is sum(score × count) / sum(count). Scores are represented on a five-point scale. The count refers to ratings on the selected platforms, not unique clients.
The most recent complete record is selected for each platform or group of sites that republishes the same ratings. When dates match, a directly checked source is preferred, followed by the record with more documented ratings. This reduces repeated counting of the same platform evidence.
Historical records and small samples
Where a score comes from selected historical individual accounts, it describes that selection. Historical records, indexed snapshots and user-provided screenshots retain details of how they were collected; a historical score is not a claim about the live platform today.
Fewer than 20 ratings is marked as a small sample. This is a limit on evidence, not proof that a provider is unreliable.
An owner-assigned score
Migrator's 4.92 is a display score assigned by the directory owner, with no review count. Platform observations remain separate and do not mathematically produce that number. The selection of sources for that profile includes owner-directed exclusions and is not exhaustive.
Different sources, different claims
Official website statements are attributed to the provider. Customer complaints are attributed accounts; they are not established findings. Employee accounts, ratings of individual attorneys and editorial indices are distinguished from company-level customer aggregates.
Dates and coverage
Publication date, observation date and collection date can differ. Relative dates remain uncertain rather than being converted into invented exact dates. Missing or inaccessible evidence is a gap, not proof of either misconduct or a clean record.
The English directory uses the same allowed provider set as the source directory. Coverage is selective. Profiles summarize available material; they do not certify licenses, eligibility, legal strategy or outcomes.
